Role Summary: Responsible for developing business through partner restaurants by building and maintaining long-term relationships. Manage existing accounts, optimize restaurant content, handle menu updates, and drive revenue growth through strategic account management initiatives. What's On Your Plate? Conduct business reviews with accounts to identify opportunities and drive increased revenue, profitability, and market share Maintain continuous business relationships with clients and restaurants through regular communication and proactive support to resolve operational issues Manage restaurant content, including menus, delivery times, and method of access (MOA) to ensure optimal performance Renegotiate commission rates and develop new commercial relationships by renewing existing contacts with improved offers Generate revenue through advertisement sales, brand promotions, coupons, and vouchers; acquire and maintain restaurant menu photography and Talabat branding materials Encourage restaurant adoption of digital features, including track order functionality, white-label solutions, online payment gateways, and other digitalization initiatives Monitor restaurant status on the Talabat platform and coordinate with restaurants to resolve issues affecting live status or delivery operations Maintain accurate records and provide regular CRM updates via Salesforce, including contact reports, activity reports, sales reports, and account analysis Attend sales and marketing team meetings and contribute to strategic planning and performance updates Bachelor's Degree within Business Administration or any other related field 2-3 years of experience within Sales, Marketing, or any relevant field. Negotiation Skills Ability to meet deadlines and be flexible in working Fluency in English is a must. Communication skills (Written and Verbal) Excel Skills
