Operational Synergy & Data Hygiene -Cross-Functional Handover: Lead structured, face-to-face handover alignment sessions with Project Engineers and the Senior Service Manager following a won deal, ensuring deployment crews fully understand the original design intent. -CRM & Thread Governance: Enforce excellent data hygiene within the customer relationship management (CRM) platform, keeping all technical schematics, scope agreements, and pre-sales client queries organized inside clean, single-thread files. -Market Feedback Loop: Translate field insights, recurring client requests, and competitive feature gaps back to the Hardware Engineers and Business System Analysts to drive continuous product optimization.
