Candidates should have a bachelor's degree, 5-8 years of HR technology experience including Workday and analytics tools like Power BI and Tableau, and strong communication skills . Job Duties: Lead the implementation and support on the ongoing Workday and Analytics Technology and People Analytics domain. Collaborate with our HR stakeholders to design and optimize data-driven, dashboard and other management processes, including performance, succession, career development, and learning journeys. Drive the development of people analytics capabilities, including dashboards and predictive insights, Serve as a key liaison between HR and IT and Data Office, to ensure HR solutions meet evolving organizational needs.
