  • As a language proficiency, a good knowledge of English is mandatory for drafting emails and reading documents.
  • From ICT skills to good management of Office programs, as well as Adobe Reader. Experience with documentation systems is an advantage.
  • The work requires attentiveness and systematic approach, as well as the ability to focus on several projects at different stages during the same day.

We are looking for a Project Documentation Assistant to support our project team. This role acts as a link between Valmet and the customer's documentation team. The main responsibility is to collect, prepare, manage, and deliver technical documents using the DMS system.
