KEY RESPONSIBILITIES FOR CONSTRUCTION MANAGER Managing the entire of progress movement from preliminary site to final inspections. Ensure entire projects is ontime completion with required quality standards Managing and assigning daily tasks for site operations and coordinate multi trades on site as the clients, architects,engineer, RTO,sub-con & workforce. Monitoring expenditures,ordering materials,tools & renting equipment/machinery and minimizing material waste. Preparation the paper work and site reports, technical drawings and other necessary documents to related authorities. All on-site documentation, ensure all changes of specification of construction drawings is updated. Resolve delays, conflicts, and unforeseen issues as they arise.
