Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, including experience building and operating cloud-native applications
- 3+ years of engineering leadership experience leading software development teams
- Strong understanding of modern software development practices and the software development lifecycle
- Experience leading teams responsible for customer-facing web applications and cloud services
- Demonstrated ability to influence technical direction while enabling teams to execute effectively
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience working successfully with distributed and hybrid teams
- Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and drive results
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills
- Experience building SaaS products on public cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Strong background in modern web development using technologies such as React, Node.js, TypeScript, or similar frameworks
- Experience building or integrating AI-powered capabilities, including generative AI, machine learning, intelligent automation, or AI-assisted development tools
