Responsibilities

  • Manage, build and nurture relationships with existing and new brokers alike, providing indicative terms over the phone/ via email, and follow-up on prospective deals to see them through to successful application.

We're looking for a dynamic Internal Business Development Manager to drive growth across our Residential Lending division. What's in it for you? This is a versatile role, whether you are an experienced Internal Business Development Manager looking to develop your career, or new to property finance. You'll be provided with a high degree of autonomy, established funding lines, and an excellent financial reward (with discretionary quarterly and annual bonus payments). The pathway and progression for this role could be into a client-facing position. Initially, relationships are phone-based, and you'll support our External Business Development Managers. The team You'll be joining an experienced and well-established Sales function. It is a fast-paced and successful team that is part of a wider Residential Lending team.
