Collaborate with development and testing teams to resolve environment-related issues. Monitor performance and troubleshoot potential issues in IT environments. Maintain documentation related to environment configurations and setups. Assist in planning and executing environment upgrades or changes. Support the implementation of best practices for environment management. Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to align environment needs with business objectives. The Successful Applicant A successful IT Environment Management Analyst should have: Strong understanding of IT environment management practices. Experience in the technology department of the financial services industry. Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. A proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
