In this role, you will: Support individuals with complex needs in a person-centred, engaging way Assist the Team Leader with staff supervision and development Manage service rotas and contribute to support package planning and delivery Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth service operations Participate in shared on-call rota and work evenings/weekends as needed
