F&B Management Trainee

About the role

You will learn to: Assist the F&B Manager and Supervisors with daily operations and taking on supervisory responsibilities. Coordinate and oversee the team to ensure smooth service in the restaurant, bar, and Meeting & Events Operations. Ensuring all guests needs are met in the F&B Outlets by assisting your team on the floor. Anticipate and respond to peak operational moments driven by flight delays and airline-related demand, developing strong adaptability in a highly dynamic environment. Maintain a high level of guest service and satisfaction. Train, coach, and motivate team members to reach their full potential. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, hygiene, and brand standards . Review and revise standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency. Report operational issues and suggest improvements to the F&B Manager. Actively contribute to creating a positive and energetic work environment . Essential ingredients: Currently enrolled in a hotel/hospitality management program on HBO-level. Excellent communication skills: especially in English, and a great addition if you also speak an extra language! Flexibility to work morning and evening shifts, including weekends and public holidays; A positive, energetic attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
