Management System Control Section Manager

About the role

The primary job responsibility of the MS Control Manager is to oversee and manage the management systems align to the applicable ISO-MS and IIS-MS. He / She drives the management system to be sustainable and efficiency within the Company and plays a crucial role in ensuring regulatory compliance in management control systems by implementing and maintaining control strategies that meet QESH and other legal requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the company meets all regulatory compliance requirements
• Arrange internal and external audit schedule
• Reviews MS system and recommend changes to the management
• Communicate changes to MS system to stakeholders
• Maintain and manage all registered documents
• Arrange internal ISO training
• Ensure the IT/IOT processes are fully complied with and completed
• Assignment IT/IOT tasks to engineers
• Ensure Company IT and Data security
• Conduct annual test evaluation of the system
• Recommend enhancement initiatives to management
• Introduce and implement new IT resource items
• Arrange IT-related training and awareness initiatives
• Put in place anti-trojan and anti-virus initiatives
• Ensure the company has applicable Risk & Opportunity in place such as PFMEA, RA, EAI, BCP & etc
• Conduct risk and impact assessment of all business processes
• Maintain all infocomm systems.

Requirements

• Min degree in Computer Science and Engineering or any relevant qualifications
• Certified ISO Lead Auditor
• Min 5 years of relevant working experience with at least 3 years in a similar capacity
• Have experience in working with ISO management system such as QMS, EMS, EnMS, SHMS.
• Have experience managing/lead IT/IOT hardware & software processes in terms of projects or development.
• Strong in ISO Management System - Preferably with Management Rep experience or certified ISO Auditor
• Possess Knowledge of sustainability and have track record and trained
• Have knowledge of IT/IOT certification
• Knowledge of ISO documentation
• Management knowledge of Infra and network security
• People Management to build an effective team
• Advanced MS Office
• Planning and Organisation skills to manage the assignment of tasks and deployment of resources
• Written and spoken communication skills
• Influencing and negotiation skills to manage internal and external stakeholders

• Location: Jurong Island (Company Transport provided)
• Commence work: ASAP.
• Applicants can work in Singapore without requiring a work pass.
• Working hours: 8:00-4:45 pm (Mon - Fri)
