Ensure consistent execution of quality inspection and testing activities while driving quality compliance, defect prevention, and continuous improvement through data-driven analysis and effective team supervision. Execute and supervise testing, inspection, and quality verification activities to ensure compliance with customer and operational requirements. Analyse quality data, defect trends, and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities and drive corrective actions. Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and customers to resolve quality-related issues and improve process performance. Lead root cause analysis investigations and support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Maintain accurate quality records, reports, audit documentation, and product traceability. Conduct SOP, work instruction (WI), line setup, and qualification training to ensure operational compliance and capability. Support quality escalations, containment activities, and customer quality requirements. Monitor adherence to quality standards, procedures, and documentation requirements.
