Job Details: Job Description: DefMet Tool Owners are responsible for the technical ownership and optimization of critical defect and review inspection equipment in Intel's semiconductor manufacturing processes. These tools are a key component of delivering world class yields for our customers. As part of your role, you will work in the Defect Metrology area within a cross-functional team, owning multiple metrology toolsets. In this role, key responsibilities include: A nalyze equipment and process performance using data-driven and statistical methods, identify trends and outliers, and drive corrective actions to reduce variation. Tr oubleshooting complex issues, developing scalable solutions, and implementing strategies to prevent recurrence. C ontinuously improve tool performance and optimize recipes through sustaining and innovation activities. Lead equipment improvement initiatives with cross-functional teams which will enhance the operational performance of DefMet systems. Identify innovative solutions to equipment challenges and influence required stakeholders to drive/implement change. Support recipe development, optimization, and transfers to ensure high-sensitivity defect detection capabilities .
