Role Overview DroneDeploy is looking for a Senior Solution Architect to serve as a trusted technical advisor across the customer lifecycle, helping customers design, validate, and deploy solutions that solve real-world operational challenges. This role reports to the Senior Director of Solutions Engineering and sits within a team of technical specialists who support both pre-sales and post-sales work across complex, high-value customer programs. You will partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams to translate business goals, field constraints, and technical requirements into scalable solutions on the DroneDeploy platform.
