- In addition, personal vehicles used for LH business: State law minimum liability coverage limits required.
- Possess an understanding of the confidentiality laws that govern the provider-patient relationship, including but not limited to HIPAA guidelines.

- Job Specific Duties:
- Acts as the main point of contact and resource for staff per department protocol and as applicable to assigned area(s).
- Provides senior level administrative and technical support for assigned area(s) in an organized and accurate manner according to policies and procedures.
- Assists leadership in maintaining effective and efficient departmental operations, supports financial and operational performance, and regulatory tracking per department protocol and as applicable to assigned area(s).
- Coordinates and communicates the flow of activity, information, timelines, and daily operations for the assigned area(s).
- Accurately and timely compiles and presents reports per department protocol and as applicable to assigned area(s).
- Exhibits senior level knowledge and understanding of policies and procedures as they relate to the assigned area(s) and Logan Health.
- Develops, maintains, and oversees a record-keeping system per department protocol and as applicable to assigned area(s).
- Assists leadership with budget preparation, coordination, provides review and analysis per department protocol and as applicable to assigned area(s).
- Assists with developing and supporting of tracking metrics to support leadership with oversight of effectiveness and supports strategic decision making regarding transitions and growth as applicable to assigned area(s).
- Provides oversight in documenting and documentation collection as applicable to assigned area(s).
- As applicable to assigned area(s); coordinates credentialing, licensing and other regulatory requirements per department protocol; exhibits overall knowledge of claims and authorization processing for insurance companies including private, commercial and government carriers.
- Assists with check requests, reimbursement, processes invoices and assists with other financial tasks and tracking as applicable to assigned area(s).
- Proactively anticipates and prepares multi-faceted priorities, agendas and schedules as applicable to assigned area(s).
- Consistently sets priorities resulting in the assigned area(s) functioning in an efficient and orderly manner.
- Assists assigned leadership in the coordination of staffing, daily schedules, low census, and/or communication as applicable to the assigned area(s) .
