Responsibilities

  • Own all digital acquisition activity across the LATAM region - defining the strategy, setting the roadmap, and driving execution across paid and organic channels

  • Collaborate closely with the regional marketing team, central marketing functions, product, and other key stakeholders to align digital campaigns with wider business goals and ensure seamless go-to-market execution
  • Identify and build new digital acquisition initiatives - bringing fresh thinking, testing new channels, and building scalable programmes that grow the new customer base in LATAM
  • Present performance updates, campaign insights, and strategic recommendations clearly to the wider leadership, making complex data accessible and actionable

Requirements

  • 6+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience, with a strong track record in performance/growth marketing roles - ideally within a fintech, payments, or high-growth technology business
  • A true 360° digital marketer - equally confident managing paid campaigns, shaping SEO strategy, improving website conversion, and building organic acquisition programmers
  • Highly data-literate and analytically confident - you are comfortable working with performance dashboards, attribution models, and campaign data to make fast, evidence-based decisions
  • Deep expertise in PPC platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads) including campaign build, bid strategy, audience targeting, and ROAS optimization across a multi-market environment
  • Proven experience managing digital marketing budgets, with a strong commercial mindset and a relentless focus on efficiency, return on spend, and cost per acquisition
  • Solid understanding of SEO principles, website UX, CRO methodologies, and digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, or equivalent)
  • A natural collaborator who builds strong working relationships across teams and geographies - able to align stakeholders, influence without direct authority, and drive cross-functional initiatives forward
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment - comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously, making independent decisions, and owning outcomes end-to-end
  • Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus. Deep understanding of the LATAM digital landscape, consumer behavior's, and the nuances of marketing effectively across the region
  • A degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related analytical discipline; relevant professional certifications (Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, etc.) are a strong plus
