In the Architectural Designer II position, you'll collaborate with Architects, Interior Designers, and Foodservice Designers across the full project lifecycle to develop thoughtful, high-quality design solutions that enhance resident and staff experiences. What You'll Do and Impact: Develop and coordinate architectural and interior design drawings including floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, elevations, sections, details, and construction documents. Support projects through schematic design, design development, construction documentation, and construction administration activities. Prepare and manage drawing sets, linked models, revisions, and project documentation across Architecture, Interior Design, and Foodservice project teams. Review applicable building codes, accessibility standards, and regulatory requirements to support compliant, high-quality design solutions. Conduct field investigations, review submittals, and support permit documentation and coordination with regulatory agencies and project stakeholders. Perform quality control reviews to ensure accuracy, consistency, coordination, and adherence to project standards. Contribute to BIM standards, emerging technologies, AI-enabled workflows, and process improvements that enhance efficiency and project delivery.
