Your key responsibilities include: Plan, coordinate, and deliver engaging programmes and community events for seniors Manage all aspects of event operations from registration and logistics to post-event evaluation Work closely with service providers, volunteers, and community partners for smooth, impactful delivery Maintain accurate records so every programme gets better with each run Be the face of HOJ in the community - identify isolated seniors and connect them to care and companionship through outreach and home visitations Support the Centre Manager in daily operations and new initiatives that bring joy to our seniors ๐ŸŒฑ Who We're Looking For We're seeking someone caring, organised, and community-minded.
