About you A commercially savvy Data Scientist with a passion for translating complex data into meaningful pricing and demand insights. You will bring a strong level of experience in building and deploying statistical and machine learning models that inform real business decisions. Comfortable working across large, diverse datasets while maintaining a focus on accuracy, explainability, and governance. Known for connecting insights to revenue outcomes and influencing stakeholders through clear, compelling storytelling. Thrives in fast-moving, collaborative environments, contributing to innovative solutions that scale. Motivated by growth, both personally and organisationally, with a passion for building future-focused, data-led capabilities in an expanding, high-potential portfolio. You will bring: 5+ years in pricing, demand modelling, or valuation analytics Advanced capability in statistical and machine learning techniques Experience in dynamic pricing or marketplace environments (desirable) Capability to visually represent complex data sets into simple narratives Strong commercial acumen with a value-driven mindset Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills Ability to build scalable, explainable analytical solutions Passion for continuous improvement and data-led decision making Our culture Innovation powers progress, but it doesn't come without support.
