This is a senior-level role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment and is passionate about delivering top-class clearance performance. Primary Responsibilities: Lead and manage the Customs Clearance function to ensure compliance and smooth operations. Oversee and ensure accurate preparation, submission, and timely lodgement of customs declarations . Provide expert consultation on customs processes for internal teams, sales, and customers. Stay ahead of the game by updating teams and clients on new customs, trade, and technical regulations . Support clients with post-clearance audits, revaluations, and dispute consultations . Work closely with stakeholders to guarantee the timely clearance of shipments (air, ocean, and multimodal freight) . Continuously evaluate and enhance customs procedures to balance speed, compliance, and cost-effectiveness. Manage and mentor the Customs Clearance team to achieve operational excellence. What Success Looks Like Shipments cleared on time, every time across all transport modes. Zero compliance issues - always in line with Thai customs regulations. Efficient, cost-effective, and customer-focused clearance performance. Trusted subject matter expert for customs within the organisation.
