Responsibilities

  • Talent Processes and Programmes
  • Own the creation of communications, programme materials and collateral related to talent programmes.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for talent programmes and provide hands-on expertise in CultureAmp, including systems and tools oversight.

  • Own and steward the end-to-end succession planning process in Singapore, including ExCo, Regional CEOs, N-1 and N-2 levels, in line with the agreed frequency.
  • Support the Singapore CPO and OD&G team in the successful rollout of succession planning through collateral creation, data support and market coordination.
  • Partner with Singapore agency and cluster CPOs to drive succession planning, risk mitigation and talent actions across the market.
  • Programme Management and Execution of Initiatives
  • Support the Regional Head of OD&G and CPO in co-creating the Singapore learning strategy, aligned to key business and people priorities for the region.
  • Lead the programme management and delivery of multiple learning and talent initiatives in line with the market learning strategy.
  • Facilitate in-person and virtual learning experiences for diverse groups of colleagues across a range of skills and capability areas.

Requirements

  • Experience in Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Leadership Development, Performance Management or Learning and Development.
  • Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience in any industry.
  • Strong programme management capability, with the ability to lead multiple workstreams, manage timelines and translate strategy into practical execution.
  • Proficiency with CultureAmp or similar employee listening / performance enablement tools, with confidence in survey execution, data analysis and reporting.
  • Comfortable facilitating in-person and virtual learning sessions for varied colleague groups.
  • Able to navigate matrixed environments effectively across global, regional, market and business stakeholders.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication and analytical skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and drive follow-through on talent actions.

The role will act as the market custodian for talent processes and programmes, ensuring consistent execution while defining Singapore-specific adjustments where required. The successful candidate will combine strategic programme ownership with hands-on delivery, strong stakeholder management and systems proficiency, particularly in CultureAmp.
