The CarelonRx Account Manager ll is responsible for retention and operational excellence that meets/exceeds client service and satisfaction goals for a complex book of business. Primary duties may include but are not limited to: Cultivates/builds relationships with broker/consultant/client key decision makers through quality service. Influences and collaborates with internal partners to deliver best-in-class service including resolving operational issues, root cause analysis, and driving recovery efforts that directly influence account retention and growth. Executes client-specific operational deliverables including benefit set up, reporting, and project support as needed. Implements/manages contractual obligations including standard performance/operational guarantees and rebate strategies. Leverages data to track account performance and identify trends/opportunities for input/recommendations on client growth and retention strategies. Responsible for operational understanding of all Rx products and solutions. Supports implementation for new/existing clients and contract renewals. Trains/mentors lower-level Account Management staff. Minimum Requirements: Requires a BA/BS and a minimum of 2 years of related experience in account management, sales, or managing business/client relationships; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background. Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences: PBM, client-facing experience strongly preferred. Experience in Pharmacy Operations strongly preferred. Proficiency using Excel (Pivot Tables, V-Lookups, etc) and Tableau strongly preferred.
