Recruiter with German

Responsibilities

• Engage in a full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing through the flawless execution of offers
• Prepare recruitment materials, mentor, and advise hiring leaders on recruitment strategies and interview guidelines, post jobs, and assess candidate funnels
• Source, screen, and conduct initial interviews with candidates for all positions within the assigned line of business, schedule follow-up interviews with management, and debrief meetings
• Build and maintain positive relationships with leadership and collaborators to understand their business and staffing needs, becoming a true talent partner to the organization
• Apply knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and tools to effectively source passive candidates and build a robust pipeline for future business requirements

Requirements

• Workday ATS experience is highly preferred
• 1+ years of proven experience in recruitment
• Ability to coordinate your own requisition load and strictly prioritize filling positions
• Outstanding communication skills and the ability to build relationships with all levels of management
• Consistent track record of success in filling roles, meeting targets, and managing performance metrics
• Solid experience with Boolean searches and proactive sourcing on job boards
• Proficiency in both English and German (written and spoken)
