Responsibilities
- Engage in a full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing through the flawless execution of offers
- Prepare recruitment materials, mentor, and advise hiring leaders on recruitment strategies and interview guidelines, post jobs, and assess candidate funnels
- Source, screen, and conduct initial interviews with candidates for all positions within the assigned line of business, schedule follow-up interviews with management, and debrief meetings
- Build and maintain positive relationships with leadership and collaborators to understand their business and staffing needs, becoming a true talent partner to the organization

Requirements
- Workday ATS experience is highly preferred
- 1+ years of proven experience in recruitment
- Ability to coordinate your own requisition load and strictly prioritize filling positions
- Outstanding communication skills and the ability to build relationships with all levels of management
- Consistent track record of success in filling roles, meeting targets, and managing performance metrics
- Solid experience with Boolean searches and proactive sourcing on job boards
- Proficiency in both English and German (written and spoken)
