Finance & Admin Executive

Responsibilities

• Accounts Oversight
• Monitor and analyse key operational and sales metrics through integrated reporting tools
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of financial records
• Admin & Coordination
• Support internal coordination across finance and operations
• Assist in maintaining consistency and control across administrative processes
• Support basic HR administrative matters where required

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Experienced candidates and Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
• Ability to apply accounting concepts in a digitalised business environment.
• Strong attention to detail and structured working style.
• Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents are preferred for this role.
