Requirements
- Significant experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, or a comparable senior finance leadership role, with a track record of influencing business performance and strategic decision-making
- Strong expertise in financial planning, forecasting, performance management, profitability analysis, and translating complex financial data into practical business recommendations
- Experience leading and developing high-performing finance teams while creating an environment that encourages collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
- A commercial mindset that allows you to balance financial discipline with business ambition and identify opportunities to improve growth, profitability, and operational performance
- Proven success partnering with senior executives and cross-functional leadership teams in a complex, multinational environment
- Professional finance qualification combined with a degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to build credibility with stakeholders across different functions, markets, and levels of the organisation

You'll work closely with the Managing Director and senior leaders across the business to influence strategy, steer performance, and help shape the future direction of our GB, Ireland and South Africa cluster. This role also forms a key part of the North West Europe finance team, ensure that the GBIEZA cluster is represented at a regional level.
