Responsibilities
- Compensation Program Design & Analysis
- Lead complex market pricing, benchmarking, and market intelligence analysis using multiple survey sources to support pay range, grade, job leveling, and offer recommendations.

- Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, Finance, and business leaders on total compensation offers, promotional increases, retention requests, and exception reviews.
- Utilize HR technology, analytics tools, automation, and responsible AI-enabled solutions to streamline day-to-day compensation processes, improve data quality, and enhance analytical capabilities while maintaining appropriate human review.
- Participate in and analyze compensation surveys, peer data, and other market intelligence to maintain competitive compensation structures across global markets.
Requirements
- S uperior analytical skills and advanced financial acumen with ability to develop and maintain complex financial models - advanced Excel skills.
- 2 - 4 years of experience working in Compensation, Total Rewards, HR Analytics, Finance , or equivalent teams
- Strong market data experience, including survey participation, survey source selection, job matching, aging data, geographic differentials, market composites, and pay range recommendations.
- Bachelor's degree in quantitative fields such as mathematics, finance, engineering, business, statistics, economics, or related field .
- High attention to detail, sound judgment, confidentiality, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global env

This role - Sr. Analyst, Compensation - reports to the Sr. Manager , Compensation and is responsible for collaborating with leaders to execute on critical compensation programs for all RBI b rands and regions .
