About the role

Internationella Engelska Skolan Hässleholm is looking for a qualified teachers in Music to join us, teaching Year 4 - Year 9. Internationella Engelska Skolan in Hässleholm opened 2015 and has around 320 students in year F-9. We are located within walking distance from central Hässleholm and the train station. We are looking for teachers with an enthusiasm for their subject, excellent classroom management, and a sincere interest in student well-being. In addition, you will be part of a year team (arbetslag) overseeing the academic progress and well-being of students. We are looking for a positive and creative team player, who looks for solutions, shares ideas and is open to learn from others. The role also includes mentorship. The teaching at the school is in both Swedish and English, and we follow the Swedish national curriculum. Our student body is diverse, and to be successful in teaching at IES Hässleholm you need to have a good understanding of students' differences, and the ability to adapt and plan well. Eftersom vi undervisar både på svenska och engelska är det väldigt meriterande om du är utbildad i Sverige och har en svensk lärarlegitimation.
