About the role
TRS is looking to fill a Summer Internship in our Business Enablement unit. Member Services is responsible for member relations and customer service in our Contact Centers and the Business Enablement Team ensure that our Member Services staff has the tools and training they need to assist our members. Our team is responsible for tasks that involve our entire department and act as a liaison between Member Services and the business units. The responsibilities include department-wide training, resolution of issues, research and data clean-up for Member Services. We also are responsible for our department page on the intranet and other internal and external communications to both staff and our members. The summer intern would support these efforts. Responsibilities/Job Duties: - Review member case files to confirm data or identify missing information - Compile information into reports and/or presentations - Contribute to the develop of team intranet page including pitching ideas for new sections and writing, proofreading and uploading materials - Prepare training environment and materials for sessions including setting up a virtual room and assisting users with Microsoft Teams application for virtual sessions - Create or revise job aides, activities and other documents used to conduct new hire training and knowledge management sessions and work with AI team to have documents ingested into tool - Compare information and provide feedback including identifying any discrepancies or flaws - Perform a variety of clerical tasks such as organizing training materials and categorizing historical docs Minimum Qualification Requirement: As of June 2026, the prospective intern must be a student matriculated in a college or be a recent college graduate (Winter/Spring term of the Program year.) Note: Appointment to this title is only valid for the duration of the Program; June to August of the year.
