Lead and Transform with These Responsibilities Own and deliver the Microsoft Power App product portfolio for Value & Implementation (V&I) Operations, driving solutions that enable operational efficiency, long-range operating plan savings, and capabilities not supported by enterprise platforms. Define product strategy, priorities, and roadmaps by synthesizing input from V&I stakeholders and aligning to the V&I Operations vision. Lead end-to-end product lifecycle, including discovery, value case development, design, build, testing, release, and change management. Serve as the voice of the stakeholder, partnering with engineering teams to design and deliver high-quality, impactful product capabilities. Govern and manage the Global Medical and Value Capabilities (GMVC) hyperautomation product portfolio, ensuring roadmap alignment, innovation, and sustained value delivery. Develop clear product requirements (epics, user stories, design specifications) within an agile framework. Own backlog management, sprint planning, and release execution to ensure timely and prioritized delivery. Drive adoption and stakeholder satisfaction by delivering products that meet user needs and deliver measurable impact. Maintain alignment with V&I Operations leadership priorities, representing the function as needed and staying current on key initiatives. Required Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business, or technology, plus five years of relevant work experience. Ability to think critically and ask questions to come to a solution for a problem. Experience developing Microsoft Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power BI, and Copilot Studio. Experience creating configurable enterprise SaaS solutions in an agile environment. Strong commercial Life Sciences business acumen for compliant and value-adding V&I solutions. Experience partnering with business stakeholders across geographies and functions. Experience as a member in cross-functional, global initiatives in a complex matrix. Excellent interpersonal communication (written/oral) and presentation skills. Detail oriented, organized, good at multi-tasking.
