Art Studio Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage daily studio operations and ensure smooth running of classes and activities
• Handle enquiries from students, parents and customers
• Coordinate class schedules and administrative matters
• Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming studio environment
• Assist with customer service, registration and payment-related matters
• Support marketing, promotions and studio events when required
• Communicate with students, parents, teachers and internal team members
• Perform other administrative and operational duties assigned by the management

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification
• Able to communicate effectively in both English and Chinese
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Responsible, patient and service-oriented
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer and administrative skills
• Prior experience in education, art studio, customer service or operations will be an advantage

• 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• 5.5-day work week

• Salary
• SGD 3,300 to SGD 3,500 per month
• Annual bonus, subject to company and individual performance
