Job Specific Responsibilities and Duties: Administrative Support: Assist senior team members with all administrative duties - prepare and proofread documents, reports, and correspondence Maintain organized client filing systems electronically Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including email and packages Perform data entry and maintain accurate records Customer Support: Assist clients, trusted advisors and vendors in a professional and friendly manner Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and resolve issues or direct them to appropriate personnel Process billing and other service-related requests Obtain and create client documents from Insurance Company partners Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate information
