Job Description: Daily operation support including RQFII Fund, RQFII Managed Account and others Prepare daily trade order summary sheet, daily trade confirmation checking, daily update dividend corporate action and and cash reconciliation Process fund subscription and redemption coordination application Prepare Fund Net Asset Valuations reconciliation, management fee calculation Client account opening and fund account opening , and AML compliance checking Handle clients inquiries, ad hoc projects Knowledge of fund set up and closure is preferred of existing fund Liaise with external parties including lawyers, auditors, tax advisors, fund directors or other financial professionals
Requirements
- Min 3-5 years of work experience in related fields and industry, mutual fund experience is a plus.
- Degree in business administration or related academic discipline is preferred but not a must
- Strong analytical skills & quantitative capabilities
- Strong desire to develop a career in the financial industry
- Be a strong team player
- Good quantitative capabilities (experience in financial modelling is an advantage)
- Proficient in Word, Powerpoint, Excel and Macro
- Good command in written, oral Mandarin and English
