Management and Program Analyst

About the role

You will serve as a MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST in the COMMANDER, NAVY INSTALLATION COMMAND of NPO FORT BELVOIR. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: *Experience utilizing written and oral communication, especially incorporating DoD, DoN, and lower-level policy, guidance, and procedures covering branding, style, instructions, agreements, and correspondence to monitor and facilitate incoming and outgoing official correspondence(s), work products, and interactions. *Experience applying knowledge pertaining to Navy and DLA Energy structure, functions, and processes to support, as well as interface with all divisions for business, financial, administrative, human capital, and program management matters. *Experience utilizing Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and Power Point to assist in preparation of documents for official release outside N38. *Experience preparing and clearly presenting findings, resolving controversial issues, and selling new ideas and concepts to be able to initiate, organize, and run meetings dealing with controversial subjects where the participants represent diverse perspectives and interests.
