We're looking for a Staff Product Designer to own and accelerate the end-to-end user experience across our Clinical AI products. You'll drive key product initiatives from whiteboard to launch-partnering closely with engineering, product, clinical experts, and our customers. What You'll Accomplish Own end-to-end product design across high-priority features, from rough sketches to polished shipped experiences Deeply understand our users -especially clinicians-through embedded research, shadowing, and feedback loops Drive clarity in ambiguity : partner with PMs, engineers, and clinical AI research teams to shape the roadmap and translate complex workflows into elegant, intuitive UX Build scalable design systems that enable rapid prototyping without sacrificing quality or consistency Mentor designers and influence culture , bringing design thinking into product strategy conversations, critiques, and postmortems Act like an owner : whether it's improving cross-functional tooling or jumping into front-end polish, you'll do what it takes to deliver great outcomes We'd Love to Hear From You If You...
