Legal Consultant - Employment

Responsibilities

• Providing legal support to APAC HR functions and advising on employment related legal matters
• Provide subject matter legal advice on employment law matters, including but not limited to, employee relations, workplace policies, terminations, and compliance with labor laws.
• Draft, review, and negotiate employment contracts, severance agreements, and other employment-related documents.
• Assist in the resolution of employment disputes, including handling grievances, mediations, and representing the company in employment-related litigation.

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with minimum of 3 years of experience in employment law, preferably from corporates/financial institutions or law firms.
