Responsibilities
- Manage the development and execution of integrated campaigns across multiple European regions from brief to delivery .
- Lead campaign alignment meetings, progress updates, and creative reviews with senior leaders, stakeholders, and global partners .
- Own day-to-day project operations, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, project scope, and post-campaign reviews .
- Assess project risks, monitor team workload, and proactively resolve or escalate blockers .
- Partner with internal creative teams and external agencies to guide asset development across diverse media channels .
- Collaborate with media agencies and regional teams to define asset formats and establish clear deliverable lists .
- Oversee the translation, localization, and delivery of assets across 13+ European locations to ensure accurate and timely delivery to media owners .
- Coordinate with Producers, Project Managers, and Creative Leads to schedule and balance resources based on campaign needs .
- Refine internal processes and project management tools to continuously improve how the team works .
- About You
- The essentials:
- 7+ years of experience managing multi-channel creative workflows, asset localization, and production for large-scale media plans .
- Ability to think critically, look around corners, anticipate roadblocks, and make informed decisions that align with marketing goals .
- Comfort working independently, taking total ownership of processes, and driving communication across different teams .
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to align diverse stakeholders, business partners, and external agencies .
- A well-organised self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic global environment .
