Content & Social Media Manager (TikTok & Instagram) - Open to Interns & Part-Timers

About the role

We're looking for a Content & Social Media Manager who is equal parts storyteller, commercially aware, and creator. This role is responsible for bringing the brand to life across TikTok and Instagram - and converting that presence into real reach, real engagement, and real results. You own the top of the funnel. Your content is the first thing someone sees before they ever have a conversation with us. That means what you create actually moves the needle.If you wait to be told what to create, this isn't for you.

Responsibilities

• Content Strategy & Production
• We don't want you constantly brooding over a monthly content calendar, especially with trends changing every other Tuesday. But if that's your forte, we won't stop you.
• Produce and/or direct Reels, short-form videos, carousels, and static posts aligned with brand voice
• Manage content production end-to-end: concepting, scripting, editing, scheduling, and publishing
• ⁠Join on-location shoots when needed and lead the creative on the day
• ⁠Handle full editing - cuts, captions, music, transitions, pacing
• ⁠Use AI tools to speed up workflow and enhance output
• Analytics & Reporting
• Same thing - we don't want you brooding over spreadsheets full of KPIs.
• What we will measure: engagement, audience growth, and retention. Make the brand grow. That's the job.

Requirements

• Strong video content instincts - you know what makes someone stop scrolling, and what makes them come back
• Proficient with AI-powered creation tools (CapCut, ChatGPT, Gemini, Seedance, or equivalent)
• Fast editor and quick thinker on your feet
• Own smartphone capable of filming and editing - DSLR not required
• ⁠Able to direct on-location shoots, not just show up
• ⁠Works independently - no hand-holding, no chasing
• Arrangement
• Fully remote, own schedule
• On-site for shoots when required (advance notice will be given)
• Open to interns or part-timers
