- Collaborate with client business departments to understand their business needs and subsequently translate them into user stories / functional specifications - Analyse complex requirements, organizations, and business processes to derive suitable target solutions - Gather and document business requirements by conducting stakeholder meetings and workshops - Analyse existing processes to identify the functional gap between the current (as-is) and future (target) processes - Document business processes and system functional behaviour - Participate in the testing and validation of delivered solutions, ensuring that they meet the defined target and quality standards - You have at least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst within software development projects - You have strong analytical and conceptual skills for an equally pragmatical and goal-oriented approach - You are familiar with agile methodologies and worked in agile teams acting as an interface between customers and developers - You have excellent communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholders' expectations with strong customer focus - Good command of the German language (level C)
