Food Service Worker position for the Dietary Department at Whiteriver Indian Hospital in Whiteriver, AZ. QUALIFICATIONS, WG-03: A specific length of training and experience is not required, but you must show evidence of training or experience of sufficient scope and quality of your ability to do the work of this position. Examples include: Complete accountability documentation at end of the meal period Perform food service duties requiring knowledge and application of special food service procedures for patients on special and regular diets. Use and clean a variety of tools, utensils, and equipment. Stock supplies in a commercial kitchen. Assist in the delivery and return of food trays and carts to and from patient rooms. Time In Grade Federal employees in the competitive service are also subject to the Time-In-Grade Requirements: Merit Promotion (status) candidates must have completed one year of service at the next lower grade level. Time-In-Grade provisions do not apply under the Excepted Service Examining Plan (ESEP). You must meet all qualification requirements within 30 days of the closing date of the announcement.
