Responsibilities
- Production & Process Support
- Support day-to-day production operations to ensure smooth and continuous manufacturing.

- Monitor equipment performance and report abnormalities.
- Safety & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety rules, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
- Promote a safe working environment and support EHS initiatives on the production floor.
- Data Analysis & Reporting
- Collect and analyse production data (output, yield, downtime, defects).
- Prepare shift reports and support performance tracking and improvement activities.
- Team Support & Training
- Work closely with operators and technicians to implement best practices.
- Support training and coaching on process discipline, quality, and safety requirements.
- Inventory & Material Control
- Monitor raw material usage and WIP to prevent shortages or excess inventory.
- Support material flow and coordination with Warehouse and Planning teams.
- Role Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, or related discipline.
- 1-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment (depending on seniority).
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and production workflows.
- Experience in shift-based operations is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing / Continuous Improvement concepts is preferred.
- Experience with ERP systems and basic data analysis tools.
