TikTok Brand Partnership Project Intern (GBS) - 2026 Start (BS/MS)

Responsibilities

• Team Introduction
• Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis - we encourage you to apply early.
• Be an integral part of the sales team to support driving sales activities that help the team deepen partnerships and grow revenue across multiple industries in Vietnam.
• Support and assist activities across the sales lifecycle, including but not limited to: research, analytics, presentation preparation, client onboarding, basic campaign execution, daily performance monitor - ensuring processes run smoothly behind the scenes.
• Ad Compliance Monitoring: Ensure all advertisements adhere to TikTok's advertising policies and best practices, maintaining brand safety and compliance.
• Build a One-Pager: Identify clients' challenges and build a scalable solution and go-to-market strategy to support clients and bring more opportunities.
• Coordinate internal projects and action items to support successful execution of projects.
• Administrative Support: Coordinate logistics and handle other administrative tasks to support client-facing activities. Draft meeting minutes and follow up on action points after internal or client meetings.

Requirements

• Minimum Qualification(s)
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Management, Communication, Economics, or any related field.
• Advanced English is a MUST, to communicate with international clients and colleagues. Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin), both written and spoken, to manage partnerships with Chinese clients.
• Available to work at least 4 days/week for a minimum of 6 months.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities: Being able to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities efficiently, and meet deadlines.
