About the role

Our client is a MNC, one of the leading players in the automation machinery sector. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Service Engineer to be part of their Customer Service team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the east - easily accessible. The Service Engineer's responsible is: Provide after-sales service and technical support for automated equipment and systems. Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues both on-site and remotely to ensure smooth machine operations. Assist with machine improvement works, upgrades, and modification projects based on customer requirements. Ensure equipment performance, product quality, and process reliability meet company standards. Offer technical guidance and support to customers and internal stakeholders on project-related matters. Coordinate closely with internal teams and external vendors to support service activities. Handle additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned. Job Requirements: Min ITE in Mechanical Engineering related discipline Min 3 years of service engineer experience in automation industry.
