Analytical mastery in leveraging JIRA, PowerBI, and Databricks to monitor product performance and iterate on mechanics that directly impact the company's bottom line. History of cross-functional leadership with the ability to drive outcomes and guide team members without direct authority, acting as the ultimate subject matter expert.
