Responsibilities

• Provide TCM therapy services such as healthcare massage (Tuina), cupping, gua sha (scraping) and other treatments from our service menu
• Assist TCM physicians during consultations and treatments when required
• Deliver excellent patient and customer service , ensuring a comfortable and professional clinic experience
• Handle patient enquiries and support customer satisfaction and retention
• Maintain high standards of personal hygiene, cleanliness, and treatment room readiness
• Perform other duties as assigned by the clinic supervisor or management

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
• Candidates with massage or TCM-related certificates are highly welcomed
• Positive attitude with strong service-oriented mindset
• Able to work well in a team and communicate effectively with patients and colleagues
• Prefer with massage certificates are most welcome.

• Job Requirements:
• Candidates who are bilingual in Chinese and English are preferred
• (Proficiency in Chinese to be able to communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking patients and to assist in translating medical instructions and consultation notes.
• Experience in customer service and able to communicate well with patients
• Work experience related to Chinese medicine cosmetology or health industry is preferred
• Able to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays
• TCM related Diploma / Degree (or Medicine) / Tuina/ Massage qualifications from ITEC/ NITEC/ WSQ/ CIBTAC

• 主要工作职责：
• 提供中医理疗服务，包括 推拿（Tuina）、拔罐、刮痧 及其他相关疗程
• 根据需要 协助中医师进行问诊及治疗
• 提供优质的 患者与客户服务 ，确保专业、舒适的就诊体验
• 解答患者咨询，协助提升 客户满意度及回访率
• 维持良好的 个人卫生、诊所环境清洁及治疗室整洁
• 完成诊所主管或管理层安排的其他工作
• 任职要求：
• 具备 至少 5 年相关工作经验
• 持有 按摩或中医相关证书者优先考虑
• 态度积极，具备良好的 服务意识
• 能与患者及同事良好沟通，并具备团队合作精神

• 持有按摩证书者将获优先考虑

• 优先考虑 中英文双语 候选人 ( 需具备中文沟通能力，以便有效与华语患者沟通，并协助翻译医疗指示及问诊/会诊记录。
• 具备 客户服务或 ，能够以亲切、专业的态度与患者进行有效沟通
• 有 中医美容或健康产业相关经验 者优先
• 能够轮班工作，包括 零售时间、周末及公共假期
• 持有 中医相关文凭 / 学位 / 推拿 / 按摩资格 （如 ITEC / NITEC / WSQ / CIBTAC 等）
• Working hours
• 5-6 Working Days, 10am - 8pm or 10.30 - 8.30pm

• Attractive commission scheme (Salary can be negotiated depending on experience)
