12 Month Contract - Portfolio Valuation Analyst

Responsibilities

• As a Valuation Analyst, you'll play a critical role on our team by supporting our daily valuation process focusing on fair valuation and hard to value assets.
• You will perform in-depth valuation analysis and develop, maintain, and review financial models and methodologies (e.g. discounted cash flow; market approach analyses, etc.) in accordance with all relevant global regulatory and accounting standards.
• You will contribute to the organisation of the Management Company's Valuation Committee by producing materials and participating in the meeting.
• You will prepare and manage the valuation input for information and reporting tasks towards: Investors, Directors, Regulators, Brokers, Databases and other stakeholders in respect of alternative investment portfolios;

Requirements

• You have at least 3 years of proven experience performing valuations on private equity, private credit, and other Level 3 assets.
• You are proficient in creating financial models and methodologies (discounted cash flow, comparable company analysis, and other relevant valuation techniques) specific to alternative investments across a diverse range of industries.
• You have experience liaising with external valuation agents, administrators, and auditors to ensure consistent, accurate, and independent valuation processes.
• You demonstrate solid knowledge of fund accounting, the IFRS 13 fair value hierarchy, and valuation principles for alternative portfolio instruments.
