- Your Profile

- You have 2+ years of professional experience, ideally including full-time GTM experience in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment
- You have at least 1 year of leadership experience - ideally as a BDR or SDR Lead in a high-performance environment
- You have a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- You genuinely enjoy coaching and developing people, and you get energy from watching others succeed
- You're highly motivated, resilient, and results-oriented with a genuine drive for purpose
- You are fluent in both German and English
