The Commercial Lines Account Manager will: Manage the commercial book of business by working directly with Producers and Insurance companies on our commercial accounts. Ensure successful renewal of accounts by conducting thorough account reviews, putting together comprehensive submissions to send to market and providing professional advice to clients. Oversee processing of endorsements, certificates, by the Technical Assistants. Respond to daily inquiries from clients such as general questions, cancellations and payment issues. Represent KASE Insurance at industry events, build relationships with the insurance carriers. Provide mentorship and guidance to new producers and other associates. To be successful as a Commercial Lines Account Manager with KASE Insurance, you will need: Minimum of 2 years of experience in the insurance industry Current RIBO License in good standing Proven track record of attracting and retaining commercial clients Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills Knowledge of Applied Systems EPIC Broker Management System is preferred CAIB or other insurance related certifications is an asset Excellent communication skills Proficiency in cross-selling and upselling Experience in negotiating renewals with carriers
