  • $149,671.54 - $171,053.19

- STV is seeking a Project Manager - Design Build (Aviation) for our Buildings group in NYC Location: New York Metro; hybrid schedule with travel to active airport project sites as required Position Overview The Project Manager - Design Build leads day-to-day management of the full multi-discipline project team on design-build aviation projects, overseeing architecture, structural, mechanical, electrical, civil, and other subdiscipline coordination from a management standpoint alongside the Project Architect, who retains technical authority within the architecture scope. The role manages the workplan, schedule, and cross-discipline coordination for the project, and receives project-level direction from the assigned Project Executive in Charge.
