About the role
Job Description: - Assist Site Manager to supervise constructions work to ensure that quality works are produced & all operations are carried out safely. - Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring metalwork activities (fabrication, welding, installation) are executed according to design specifications. - Ensure safe work procedures are implemented to control risk. - Familiar with relevant legal requirement. - Supervise a team of construction workers. - Carry out inspection as well as resolving and monitoring rectification works. - Assist and support Engineers in carrying out works as assigned. - Supervise the construction of works and incorporation of materials and ensure that they are carried out in accordance with the project plan. - Assist the engineers in ensuring that the works are carried out to schedule and in accordance with relevant regulations. - Ensure company's safety rules are observed and obeyed. - Ensure safety measures are met on site. - Ad hoc assignments. Job Requirement: - Minimum 3 years' experience as a Site Supervisor in the Construction industry required. - At least Degree in Building/Civil Engineering or equivalent. - Strong communication skills with workers and subcontractors . - Preferably experience in Metal work structural.
