Responsibilities

• Act as an entrepreneurial business partner with and provide decision-making support and guidance on strategy in deal making to UTA agents and executives.
• Apply innovative problem-solving skills and practical business judgment to balance UTA's business needs and acceptable levels of risk.
• Foster positive long-term internal business client and external client relationships.

Requirements

• JD from an accredited law school
• Admitted to CA Bar
• 7+ years of transactional legal experience, with 4+ of those years spent working on motion picture entertainment agreements.
• An upbeat temperament, dynamic personality, and highly team-oriented approach to work is necessary.

UTA seeks a highly motivated attorney to join the Business Affairs department in the Los Angeles office. This executive will be an expert in motion pictures and will report to the Head of Business Affairs. Services shall include reviewing, drafting, and negotiating deals for UTA's Motion Picture division. This position is based in Beverly Hills, California. The salary range for this role is $200,000 to $400,000 commensurate with experience and skills.
